Restaurant Bacchixeddu was founded in 1970 as a trattoria, under the guidance of spouses Olla, which proposed a typical homemade cuisine of southern Sardinia. The Olla family also boasted agro-pastoral productions that allowed the use of self-produced raw materials.
In 1993 the guide of Bacchixeddu passes to their daughter Paola, who year after year renews the room making it welcoming and hospitable as you see it today. Over the years Paola, thanks to the many collaborations with prominent Chef, renews the typical cuisine that, while maintaining the simplicity and authenticity that distinguishes it, today presents dishes never discounted that respect the seasonality and goodness of local products, like tomatoes from the family.
The Bacchixeddu Restaurant gives great importance to local and seasonal products, thus offering a genuine and non-commercial cuisine.
